Urgent equipment needed for our New Clinic

Help us fully equip our New Clinic — and save more lives

Help us fully equip our New Clinic and save more lives.

Thanks to your incredible support, our New Clinic and Operating Complex opened in May 2025. This vital addition is already easing pressure on our main building — but we’re now facing a critical next step.

We urgently need essential medical equipment to make the New Clinic fully operational.

At the top of the list: a much-needed IDEXX Blood Analyser.

Right now, we must rely on external clinics for blood tests for every sick, injured, abandoned or abused cat coming into our care. This is not sustainable.

With our own analyser, we can reduce costs, speed up diagnoses, and save countless more lives.

The total cost is estimated to be around 405,000,000 IDR ($40,000 AUD).

Thanks to a generous match offer from Animals Australia, every donation will be matched dollar for dollar up until $10,000 AUD. This means that for every dollar you give, Animals Australia will also give the same amount - making your impact go twice as far!

With over 650 cats and kittens and 49 dogs and puppies currently in our care, and more arriving daily, we can’t wait any longer.

Please give today and help us save more lives, faster.

Donors will have ample opportunity for their gifts and bequests to be recognised and commemorated, through an extensive naming rights program, which will see benefactors’ names applied to equipment.

New Clinic & Operating Complex

About our New Clinic & Operating Complex

When Villa Kitty Foundation moved onto the current premises back in 2022, our buildings were not completed and our funds were depleted. While we had hopes to build a new clinic, operating room and reception, the decision was made to use our isolation building as the clinic and operating room. It was not the best option, but it was the only option to ensure we could provide medical treatment for cats and kittens in need.

2023 saw the number of cats in our care nearly double, and the need for a new clinic became increasingly urgent. Our sterilisation programme also grew, and our small operating room was no longer adequate.

With the increasing number of cats and kittens coming through our gates suffering from infectious diseases, our isolation building is extremely important to ensure all the other animals in our care are safe.

The New Clinic and Operating Complex will play an essential role in providing care for patients free from such diseases.

Not only this, but given our limited space, we are also currently facing extremely high vet bills from external clinics where a great part of our rescue animals are treated. With a new, dedicated clinic, we will be able to provide the same care for our patients in house.

The New Clinic is now open, but without all the necessary equipment, we are still relying on external clinics for many procedures, blood tests included - and the veterinary bills keep mounting.

We need your help!

The total cost for an IDEXX Blood Analyser is 405,000,000 IDR ($40,000 AUD). We desperately need your help purchase this incredibly important piece of equipment as soon as possible so that we can save more lives.

Every donation makes a huge difference.

Thank you for supporting our work!
